Nature Talking is a small speech pathology business in Naarm run by Claire Esterman. Informed by a case study of the industry landscape, I created a social media content plan, starting with a web series for the business, which led to 350% increase in followers in the first two weeks. Reach has increased by 2288%, and awareness is up 120%.
